Desneé E. Young is the founder and creative force behind the Ealon brand family. She is an author, poet, business leader, and community-minded visionary whose work reflects faith, creativity, reflection, and a desire to encourage others. Through Ealon Publications, Ealon Magazine, and Business Services Group L.L.C., her leadership brings together writing, publishing, business service, and community connection under one shared mission. Her professional background also includes more than 26 years of experience in city government and economic development.
