Selah! Praises to Our Lord is truly an inspirational gift. I wanted to write a Christian Poetry Book, but I wanted it to be inspired by the Lord. My prayer to him was to grant me the ability to do the writing but only if the poems were inspired by Him. As always he showed up! I thought that the ask would be a slow progress, but he gave me poem after poem, allowing the writing to be finished in a matter of months. Sometime a Title, sometimes a line or a stanza would come. I know this was not my own doing with the exception of being the instrument to put the words to paper. It is my hope that readers of these poems feel God’s love for mankind through them and understand that no matter our faults there is true acceptance if we follow him.
